Shipping

As soon as we process and confirm your order and the payment has cleared through our bank account, products may be collected from our Malaga workshop or will be shipped to anywhere within Australia. Most items are picked up for next day delivery.

Delivery Charges

Deliveries are charged at a rate per order depending on the destination, weight and volume. We have set up a system where the best rate is selected for your destination.

We only use reliable transport companies such as TNT, Toll and StarTrack. If there is any variation such as multiple items being combined into one package, then this will be advised at the time we confirm your order.

Shipping Delays

Orders are generally shipped within three to four working days if the item is in stock. If the item is NOT in stock, then it will take approximately two weeks for delivery. We do NOT take any responsibility for late shipment(s). However you will be notified via email when your shipment has left for delivery.

Using Your Own Transport

If you wish to use your own transport company or you have your own vehicles, please select the “Pickup from Malaga” option in the checkout process. The packaged and/or crated weight and dimensions of the item you have purchased will be included on the confirmation email so that you may advise the transport company accordingly.
